Current Icon: Mary-Kate Steinmiller
I love The Satorialist and my favorite ever photograph of his was of Mary-Kate Steinmiller shown above. I love the blue on blue and the massive papier mâché like necklace, as well as the enthusiasm the photograph conveys. She looks very put together, but also effortless and youthful. Steinmiller is a Teen Vogue editor and has and has been wearing the current trend for years--longer skirts! Here are some more divine looks from Mary-Kate:

Get Carried Away...Again
Sex and the City has been playing every night on E! and it is fun to see the fashion from the beginning of the series. For me, Carrie’s fashion sense doesn’t really shine through until the middle of season 2 and really reaches its peak during season 4. I’ve been busy working on job stuff as I’m planning on moving back east in the near future, but wanted to take break and revisit some of my favorite Carrie fashion moments.

Wild over Leopard.

I adore leopard print and think anyone can pull off a touch of leopard in her everyday style, the trick is just to stick to one item of leopard. Over the years I have become a collector of animal print trenches and coats, but a leopard scarf or shoe is fabulous as well. Enjoy some images of leopard in interior design and fashion.

The Whole Package.
I ran out to Neiman's this afternoon to pick up some more Jo Malone crème in Jasmine Mint, a new scent that has become my favorite. Jo Malone creates wonderful potions that stand up well on their own, but my favorite part of the shopping experience is watching the product I purchase be carefully wrapped up and placed into the beautiful signature pale yellow box with black ribbon. Packaging is so important and Jo Malone really turns buying one of their products into an event. I doubt I would be such a devoted fan without those yellow boxes and shopping bags. Enjoy some other beautiful packaging below. Hope everyone is having a relaxing Sunday afternoon!
