Everything old is new again.

Georgia May Jagger (Jerry Hall and Mick Jagger's daughter).  From British Vogue.

The 70's are definitely making a comeback for spring!  I love this decade and am especially excited that we are returning to a wider pant-leg.  I am so sick of the skinny jeans!  Here are some images taken from and inspired by that decade.

A 1970's photograph by David Bailey.  Even though it's black and white, can you tell who the subject is?  Grace Coddington!  There is a great documentary on David BAiley that has been playing on the Sundance Channel that you should try to catch.  I never knew he romanced Jean Shrimpton and married Catherine Deneuve!

Golden Couples.

This month's Vanity Fair discusses Hollywood's most fascinating couples throughout the decades.  These couples range from those that were devoted to each other over a lifetime (Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward) to those who relationship eventually imploded (Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton).

Wild over Leopard.

And Warhol's muse Edie Sedgwick lounging on top of her leopard coat.

I adore leopard print and think anyone can pull off a touch of leopard in her everyday style, the trick is just to stick to one item of leopard.   Over the years I have become a collector of animal print trenches and coats, but a leopard scarf or shoe is fabulous as well.  Enjoy some images of leopard in interior design and fashion.

Jackie received this coat from Ethiopian Emeperor Haile Selassie during his visit to the White House in 1962.  Concerned that Jackie would think the coat was too exotic,  he placed two of these leopard inspirecd bracelets (below) into one of the coat's pockets.  She absolutely adored both presents.
